Our Team

Chip HankerClinic Director - PT, MPT, OCS


Chip Hanker is the Director of the Stockton office of Central Valley Physical Therapy. Prior to moving to the Stockton clinic, Chip opened and successfully ran the office in Lodi for 7 ½ years. As a former high school swimmer and water polo player and college All-American swimmer, Chip uses his athletic background along with manual therapy techniques to design individualized rehabilitation programs for a wide variety of patients with varying levels of functional abilities.

Chip and his wife Kim are busy in their personal lives raising their 3 children Lindsey, Chase and Ryan. In his free time, Chip enjoys running, water and snow skiing, spending time with his family and friends (preferably in Lake Tahoe!), volunteering in his children’s sports activities and working on his 80+ year old house.

Robin WoodallOffice Manager


Robin Woodall is the Front Office Manager, working for Central Valley Physical Therapy for over 5 years. She enjoys the customer service aspect of her position, bringing a kind and caring approach. In her spare time Robin enjoys quilting, sewing, and especially spending time with her husband of 26 years, two children and granddaughter.

Brandy LeonePT, DPT, OCS


Brandy was raised in Alaska and Texas where she trained as a gymnast for fourteen years. In 2008, she moved to California to attend undergraduate school at Loyola Marymount University. During that time, she discovered her passion for physical therapy while aiding dance majors back to health and managing the NCAA baseball and volleyball game-day operations.

Brandy earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. Throughout her schooling she gained experience serving U.S. Army Special Operations soldiers, athletes, and individuals of all ages. Brandy is currently undergoing a one-year residency program in Orthopedic Physical Therapy to further her career as an orthopedic and sports specialist. Outside of her professional role, Brandy enjoys hiking, traveling, and attending sports games.

Juliette NguyenPT, DPT


Juliette was born and raised in Sacramento, California. She attended the University of California in Davis, and received her bachelor's degree in Exercise Biology. She had originally planned to attend medical school; however, with her love for exercise and patient interaction, she decided to pursue physical therapy instead, and could not be happier. She headed for the Midwest and obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota.  At this time, she primarily has an interest in orthopedics and plans to obtain Board Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in the future.  In her free time, Juliette enjoys working out, baking, singing, playing guitar, and chasing waterfalls.

Brian BarrettPT, DPT


Brian was raised in the Central Valley of California, living in Sacramento for much of his life. While studying biology at Sacramento State University, Brian worked as a computer technician and volunteered in the Sacramento State Cadaver Lab as a laboratory assistant. In 2017, Brian received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the California State University of Long Beach. His interests include, orthopedics, vestibular rehab, and working with children with special needs. Outside of his professional role, Brian enjoys playing recreational soccer, indoor rock climbing, hiking, reading fantasy novels, and spending time with his wife.
